Some Tips for IES Interview

1. Be Prepared- The major factor to doing well in an interview is your preparation. The interview is a test of your individuality. Nobody identify your personality better than you. 2. Take account of solid, Scientific Data- Interviewees be likely to talk in simplification. For an instance, Rather than saying, I am a hardworking personality it is always better to authenticate your point with some occurrence from your past where you have work hard and achieved a difficult target. Unfortunately, most people often fail to prove to interviewers that the applicant has these assets. 3. Your Answers should be to the point- Your reaction to the questions asked during an interview should be accurate and reasonable. Except asked to give more detail, maximum value your answers to one to two minutes per question. Be well organized with the response and see how long it takes you to fully answer a question.

6. Make a List of Your Skills- In arrange for interviews make a directory of your skills and main resources. Then reproduce on past jobs and pick out one or two incident when you used those skills effectively.

7. Formally wearing clothes - Professional attire creates the first impression and signifies professionalism and seriousness in a candidate. Civilized formal attire upholds the outlook and personality of the candidate. The candidate should demonstrate leadership qualities such as: proper technical knowledge, team motivator, originator, effective team utilization, appreciative towards the views and ideas of team members, Professional ethics, result oriented and managerial skills.
